Activate
After the purchase Fortnox asks you to activate the service. Activation opens in a new window — with a pop-up blocker it can look as if nothing happens. Allow pop-ups for fortnox.se and click again.

Who can buy and activate the service?
Whoever may buy integrations in your Fortnox. If you lack that right, your Fortnox administrator can buy it or grant you the permission.
Does each colleague need their own licence?
No. The licence belongs to the company, and everyone in it can use the service. The sign-in step at Fortnox must be done by a system administrator of the company's Fortnox — Fortnox requires it for integrations that act for the whole company. If you are not one, ask a system administrator to do the sign-in step with you. If someone in the company already uses the service, you can instead press Be om åtkomst (Ask for access) when Fortnox says no, or be invited from their connection page — then you need not be a system administrator.

No. SEK 119 per company per month, excluding VAT (25% is added). No integration licence, no set-up fees, no charge per question.
I have several companies. What do I do?
Buy the service in each company. Connect one of them in your AI app. On the page shown when it is done, press Lägg till ett bolag till (Add another company) for each of the others, and tick the write-access box where you want to be able to make changes. Then go back to your AI app within ten minutes. Later you can ask the assistant for a link; it is valid for one day. The companies join the same connection, and you can ask about all of them at once.
How do I cancel?
In Fortnox, where you bought it. Removing the connector from your AI app does not stop billing — only cancelling in Fortnox does. When the licence ends, access ends, and your bookkeeping in Fortnox is unaffected.
