Your whole client base, in one connection.
With thirty companies in Fortnox the day goes on signing in, searching and switching. With the service you write what needs doing, and the assistant reads — and, with your approval, changes — in the right company.

The licence is bought in each company
SEK 119 per company per month in the Fortnox App Market, on that company's Fortnox invoice. Every user in the company is included — your consultants too.
The companies are added to the same connection
Connect one company, then press Lägg till ett bolag till (Add another company) on the page shown when it is done — once for each of the others. Then go back to your AI app within ten minutes. Later, ask the assistant for a link to add more; it is valid for one day. Up to fifty companies in one connection. If you cannot approve in a company yourself, the link can be emailed to someone who can.
One company at a time, or all at once
The assistant works in one company at a time and always says which. A switch is approved before it happens. Questions across all companies are answered together, company by company.
Read or change, per company
An added company gets write access only if you tick the box for it. Writing is switched on company by company — later too, on the connection page — so a client you only look at can never be changed by mistake.
