It already applies — no signature needed

The data processing agreement between you and Starberg & More Solutions AB consists of the section on processing on the customer's behalf in the privacy information, together with the user agreement. It applies from the day you start using the service. If you need a copy filled in with your company details, write to info@amore.cloud.

In brief

Controller: you, for the data in your bookkeeping.
Processor: Starberg & More Solutions AB, company reg. no. 559200-6612, for what passes through the service when you ask and when you approve a change.
Instructions: the questions you ask and the changes you approve. We do not process the data for our own purposes, and pass it to no one other than the AI service you connected yourself.
Where: in the EU, at Amazon Web Services in Ireland. Sub-processors.
Confidentiality binds everyone at our company who can access the data.
Personal data breaches that affect your data: we notify you of them without undue delay.
Audit: you have the right to check that we comply, and to get the information you need to do so.
When the agreement ends, access to your Fortnox is deleted. There is no copy of the bookkeeping to return.
