The terms describe the service in brief. What applies between you and us is set out in the user agreement.
What the service does
It connects your AI assistant to your Fortnox account. It fetches data from Fortnox when you ask and — if you have given it the right — sends changes to Fortnox after you have approved each one.
What you need
Your own Fortnox account with the features your questions concern, and an AI assistant that supports MCP connections. You are responsible for your agreements with Fortnox and with your AI provider.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your bookkeeping. The service fetches and sends data; it does not judge whether an entry is correct, appropriate or compliant with the rules.
- You are responsible for reviewing each proposed change before approving it, and for using the service in a way that causes no harm.
- Data you fetch is passed to the AI service you chose and connected. You are responsible for that choice and for that provider's terms.
Access
Access is given by your own approval through Fortnox and can be withdrawn at any time — in your AI assistant or under connected apps in Fortnox.
Price and payment
- SEK 119 per company per month, excluding VAT (25 % is added). Bought in the Fortnox App Market and charged on your Fortnox invoice. No separate integration licence is needed.
- No lock-in. Fortnox charges quarterly under its own terms, and you cancel with Fortnox. When the licence ends, access ends. Your bookkeeping in Fortnox is not affected.
Availability
The service is provided as is. Planned outages are announced in advance by email to the address you gave. Neither of us is liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.
Liability
- Our liability is limited to direct loss, up to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the loss.
- We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, lost data, or loss caused by Fortnox, by the AI service you chose, or by your approving a change shown to you in plain language — provided that what was sent to Fortnox matched what you were shown.
- These limits do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
Changes, law and disputes
Changes to the terms are announced by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before a change takes effect. Swedish law applies, and disputes are settled by the general courts.
