Privacy information

The Swedish text is the binding one: read it here. This page is an English summary of it and does not replace it. It applies from 7 October 2026.

The controller for the service's own processing is Starberg & More Solutions AB, company reg. no. 559200-6612. Contact: info@amore.cloud.

What is processed

The service fetches data from your Fortnox account when you ask. It may contain personal data — names, addresses and contact details in customer and supplier registers, on invoices and in vouchers.

What is not stored

No copy of your bookkeeping. Data fetched from Fortnox is not stored anywhere in the service: it is passed to your AI assistant and is then no longer held by us. The one exception is changes you approve, which leave a line in the change log described below, with Fortnox's response and the record read back. Files you upload go from your browser straight to Fortnox and are never stored in between.

What is stored, encrypted

  • The access token that lets the service reach your Fortnox account. A connection unused for 30 days lapses.
  • The email address you gave when connecting. It is used to tell you in advance about what the agreement requires — price changes and changes to the terms. The trial and billing are handled by Fortnox, so you hear about those from them. It is not used for newsletters or marketing, is not passed on, and is removed when the connection is removed.
  • A log of changes sent, which you can read yourself: what kind of change, when, to which company and whether it succeeded, together with Fortnox's response and the record we read back afterwards — that is, the data in the record you changed. The log cannot be altered afterwards; it is what ensures a change is never sent twice.
  • An approval in progress, while you decide. It holds the content of the change and is removed automatically after ten minutes.
  • What is searched for in the tool list. When your assistant looks for a function, the search text is saved so that we can see what customers ask for that the service does not do. It may contain a name or an amount if you typed one. It is encrypted, deleted after 90 days, and accessible only to us through the support tool.

Operational logs record which kind of call was made, whether it succeeded and which company it concerned — never the content of an answer or a change. They are deleted after 90 days at the latest, often sooner.

Your sign-in details

Your Fortnox sign-in never passes through the service. You sign in directly at Fortnox, which then gives the service limited access that you can withdraw yourself.

Where the data is, and who receives it

The service runs on servers in the EU (Amazon Web Services, Ireland), and encrypted backups of the access register and the change log are kept in the same region. The service runs in the EU and we move no data out of it. What you fetch is passed to the AI service you chose and connected, and that provider's own privacy policy governs what happens afterwards. The service passes data to no one else.

Processing on your behalf

When the service fetches data from your bookkeeping, we process personal data on your behalf: you are the controller and we are the processor. This section of the privacy information, together with the user agreement, forms the data processing agreement between us — summarised here.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. As the service stores no bookkeeping data, the data is in your Fortnox, and a request is handled there with our assistance. If you believe personal data has been processed incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
