Two steps, about five minutes.

Buy the service in Fortnox, and add it to the AI app you already use. One licence works in every app.

Buy in the Fortnox App Market

One licence per company, for every user, on your usual Fortnox invoice. How to buy and activate →

Connect your AI app

Choose your app below and follow the steps. You sign in to Fortnox and choose the company — no keys, no code. Once the first company is connected, you can add the next ones on the same page, with Lägg till ett bolag till (Add another company).

Before you choose.

Do I need a Fortnox integration licence?

No. The service is bought in the Fortnox App Market and billed on your Fortnox invoice, so no separate integration licence is needed.

Can I switch AI app later?

Yes. It is the same service in every app, with the same licence. The licence follows the company, but the connection belongs to the app: add the connector in the new app and sign in to Fortnox again. Added companies and the choice of write access are made again there.

Can different people in the company use different apps?

Yes. The licence belongs to the company, and each person connects the app they prefer. The sign-in step at Fortnox must be done by a system administrator of the company's Fortnox — Fortnox requires it for integrations that act for the whole company. If you are not one, ask a system administrator to do the sign-in step with you.

How long does it take?

A few minutes in ChatGPT and Claude: one address to paste, then the Fortnox sign-in. No code, no keys, nothing to install. Copilot takes 10–15 minutes, and the first time IT often needs to help.

Do you work in several companies?

Buy and activate the licence in each company and connect one of them. The others join the same connection: with Lägg till ett bolag till (Add another company) on the page shown when the connection is done, or later by asking the assistant for a link, valid for fifteen minutes.
