When Fortnox has a disruption
The service reads everything directly from Fortnox. If part of Fortnox is down, the AI assistant is told that the data could not be fetched right now and what Fortnox’s status page shows. It can then tell you. Once Fortnox has fixed the problem, everything works again by itself. You do not need to reconnect or change anything in your AI app.
